This includes the scheduling and execution of a DPC routine, the signaling of an event and the waking up of a Interrupt service routine started execution. The interrupt to process latency reflects the measured interval that a usermode process needed to respond to a hardware request from the moment the MEASURED INTERRUPT TO USER PROCESS LATENCIES Quiet in the BIOS setup for more accurate results. Disable variable speed settings like Intel Speed Step and AMD Cool N Note: reported execution times may be calculated based on a fixed reported CPU speed. LatencyMon has been analyzing your system for 0:12:28 (h:mm:ss) on all processors. Power management, disable CPU throttling settings in Control Panel and BIOS setup. One or more DPC routines that belong to a driver running in your system appear to be executing for too long. ![]() You are likely to experience buffer underruns appearing as drop outs,Ĭlicks or pops. ![]() Your system appears to be having trouble handling real-time audio and other tasks. ![]() PC is less than 6 months old.Īny idea on how I would begin to troubleshoot this? Below is the LatencyMon output Summary I ran LatencyMon and found that I am getting DPC Latency due to the NVIDIA kernel drivers. Also have tried using OBS and the same problem, so its not limited to just ProPresenter. I tried several things, driver uninstall/reinstall, an OS reinstall, and still have this issue. 2 go to inputs on our matrix switcher and other 2 go to individual booth monitors. Then the ATEM is connected to our PC over USB-C.- Streaming from the ATEM Software through the ATEM itself poses no audio dropout, just when we try to stream the audio over USB-C into ProP.- We utilize all 4 Outputs on our GPU (3 DP, 1 HDMI). Mixer is connected to our ATEM via a stereo breakout cable coming from 2 aux channels (2 1/4in to a single 3.5mm) to the MIC 1 input. We are currently trying to begin streaming through ProPresenter to utilize lower thirds, but we are experiencing an issue with audio dropping out when trying to stream the Audio from the ATEM via USB-C that is preventing us from doing so.Ĭurrent setup:Soundboard: PreSonus StudioLive 32.4.2AI Sound MixerVideo Switcher: BlackMagic ATEM Mini ProComputer: Dell XPS 8590 Desktop, 32GB RAM, NVIDIA RTX 3070 GPU, 512GB NVMe SSD & 1TB HDDIn-House Display Switcher: Extron 8x8 Display Matrix switcher I sincerely apologize if this is not the right area for this post, but I am at my whit's end with this problem.hoping someone may have worked with this issue before and solved it, or can point me in the right direction.
